We want all our students to feel secure and comfortable in their student accommodation. Our fees are all-inclusive, with no hidden ‘extras’ to unsettle a tight student budget. All our properties come with their own security systems fitted, complemented by night-time security patrols on site. Any issues that may arise will be dealt with promptly by our on-site management team. We give you peace of mind to enjoy your time in Hull.


At Ashcourt Student Accommodation we are passionate about using technological innovation to improve the renting experiences for students whilst living away from home studying at University. In 2016 we began developing the Swipe Tenant App, designed to provide a solid platform of communication between us and our Student tenants. Students can use the app to report maintenance issues, make rent payments, manage tenancy documents and receive tenant updates. This allows our tenants to receive quicker, simpler and more convenient communications from us.


Ashcourt recognises that students are no longer satisfied with old, outdated accommodation miles away from the University. Our brand new, purpose built Cottingham Road campus is just a 5 minute walk away from the University. With properties available from 1 to 12 rooms, we can accommodate groups of all sizes. We possess a modern, forward thinking approach to designing and building student houses with a difference. We believe students deserve the best. That’s why all our accommodation solutions have high spec design, high quality appliances and stylish décor. In contrast to the majority of newly built student accommodation, our new development at our Cottingham Road Campus is in a parkland setting, with lots of space for summer barbecues, the odd football match or just some sunbathing for those recovering from a big night out.


Construction of our award winning Student Accommodation development began in 2012, and was completed in 2015. Built using timber frame for all of the buildings, the scheme also had to meet the objective of being visually sympathetic to the surrounding existing buildings. Our new build properties are complemented by the 13 adjacent Newland Homes Grade 2 listed buildings, which have been carefully restored to now house up to 12 students in each property, each with grand communal areas and spacious bedrooms. In total, our Student Accommodation campus is situated on a 9 acre site and houses just over 400 Hull University Students
