Ashcourt Student Accommodation has been shortlisted for the Private Halls of Residence Award at the Student Property Week Awards 2022. 

As part of the award application, Ashcourt demonstrated a wide range of accommodation options for students that provides rooms for all kinds of budgets. The submission included providing proof of high tenant satisfaction levels year on year with the accommodation being student’s home away from home. 

The submission also included how Ashcourt were able to adapt to COVID-19 and the lockdowns throughout the UK. We were able to show our resilience to changes implemented by the Government, with staff and tenants adopting the Swipe Tenant App and our use of the main Customer Management System. We also adapted to house viewing changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic and were able to utilise the app and virtual tours to ensure communication remained strong between both existing tenants and prospective tenants.
