We are once again at the time of year which marks the end of our 2022/23 tenancies. Our students are preparing to move out, and Ashcourt staff are making preparations to get the properties ready for the 2023/24 tenants!

Over the next couple of weeks, our properties are maintained, cleaned, decorated, and prepared for the tenants for the next academic year. This is a very busy period for our team but all properties will be ready for next year’s tenants by 1st August 2023!

We wish any tenants leaving us the best of luck with their future, and we can’t wait to welcome our new tenants in a few weeks’ time!
