We've officially opened lettings for the 24/25 academic year! We've compiled list of things to remember before to come on a viewing with us!
1. KNOW YOUR GROUP SIZE
We show you properties based on how many people are in your group, therefore if you haven't confirmed your group size, we wont know which properties are suitable to show you. We have a vast selection of properties ranging from 1-12 bedrooms. Many of them are next door to each other for even larger groups wanting to live close to one another.
2. MAKE SURE EVERYONE CAN ATTEND THE VIEWING
We work on a first come, first served basis. Therefore everyone in your group ideally needs to be present if you are wanting to secure a property following your viewing. We offer viewings between 11am and 7.30pm on weekdays and on Saturdays between 11am and 3pm. Agree some dates and times with your group in advance of us contacting you.
3. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT
Speak and agree with your group your must haves in terms of en-suite bathrooms, parking requirements and other property facilities.
4. AGREE A BUDGET
It's good if your all on the same page with regards to how much you would like to spend. We have group properties available between £90 to £144.50 per person per week all inclusive, so can accommodate a range of budgets.
5. ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR VIEWING
We can show you a number of properties on your viewing. This helps if your group are still considering different accommodation options. Please allow up to 45 mins for the viewing and then any additional time you would like to spend with staff in the office asking questions. We can show you around approx. 3 properties in this time frame.
6. GIVE US AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE
Please be reminded all our properties are currently occupied which means we are required to give our existing tenants at least 24 hours notice in advance of viewings taking place. Therefore to avoid disappointment please book your viewing in advance of your desired viewing date.
